Effect of calcium carbonate particle size and content on the thermal properties of PVC foamed layer used for coated textiles

The goal of this research is to see how the amount and particle size calcium carbonate (CaCO$_{3}$) used in foamed layer use for PVC-coated textiles affects thermal properties material. Two different sizes were at various concentrations. impact CaCO$_{3}$ loadings on PVC layer's examined. Thermogravimetry (TGA DTG) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements utilized investigate samples have been also characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. According findings, stability was improved with addition carbonate. Through higher surface area between filler matrix, smaller produced best results. shows changes spectra after adding CaCO$_{3}$, intensity peaks increases decreasing size.
